Summary
Season 3 Episode 3 was recorded during new turmoil in Canadian history as an insurrection on its Capital, Ottawa, was underway. Misinformation and Disinformation fuelled opposing views as the pandemic was used as a political tool. As that unfolded, we were also celebrating Black History Month and musical guests The CoConspirators helped that reflection with their flagship song, "The Lonesome Death of Elijah McClain", which inspired my own article reflecting on the music and the actual life of Elijah and George Floyd. Among the chaos and reflection, I tried to lighten the mood with some pet talk, more music from CoConspirators, Will Richards & Katherine Simons, and sports talk controversies.

Summary
Season 3 Episode 4 welcomed positive musical influencer, Sarah Tolle and her banjo with a focus on mental health and helping others. It was a much needed break between what continued to be a time of change in Canada and the world. Students were transitioning back to classrooms, pandemic tools like masks and vaccines remained polarized as anti-social exhaustion set in, political parties leveraged current events to influence voter opinions, and the lines between politics and medicine continued to be blurred. A look back one hundred years showed that while many advancements have happened, societal behaviours may not have changed. A talk with some students demonstrated the courage and challenges today's students were facing, while a talk with drivers captured the mood at the pump as prices soared. The environment was also a hot topic as summer approached and people were anxious to get outside.

The topic extended to the conversation with The Whythouse frontman, Chris Hale as he talked about the transition of the band from earlier years to today's urban country sound as well as the journey, challenges, relationships, and more. Cam Campli from Tirecraft rounded the guest scene out with hopes of talking about how we can raise our confidence in the cars we drive. Other topics included a personal experience with bone conduction technology, how to speed things up at home when we're on-line, and self-reflection on the type of person we are using ducks and geese as comparisons. I also added a little bit of sports as we chatted about Mike Bossy, Tiger Woods, and other sports talents.

Summary
Season 3 Episode 6 took a ride back to the future with 1980's progressive rock band Strange Advance and co-founder, Drew Arnott. Drew is still very much passionate about the music and his journey as much as he appreciates the loyal fans and the new ones as he begins touring Canada again. He shares stories about coming through the music scene and working with artists Bryan Adams, David Bowie, Steve Sexton, Randy Bachman, and more. The show transitions to another type of strange as we talk with The Chief Fired Officer, Paul McCarthy who shares how he was fired for the same leadership reasons that he was hired for, as well as some of the corporate culture that exists today that tells workers to do one thing, while the organization behaves otherwise. It's an eye-opening discussion that many out there have reached out to us to say they can relate to it. To balance things out, I explore and provide insight on technology you can use at home to compliment your on-line experience and keep you safe, using Virtual Private Networking. Keeping it all in check, I look at the 2022 trends for Health, specifically sleep, medical engagements, and new terminology before I close things out with the disappointment of Torontonians in their Toronto Maple Leafs.
