I kicked off the new year on Season 4 Episode 1 with a variety of music, motivation, and guests full of moxie! My chat with the multi-talented Amy Scruggs who has toured America with her country music and sharing the stage with fellow country great lead to a learning experience on business, relationships, confidence, resiliency, coaching, and life. Amy tackles everything with a plan and determination and motivates you to do the same. Next, Hypnotherapist Monique Pliakos gives tells us how hypnosis can help us achieve our new year's resolutions of better diets, quitting smoking, and overall health. Plus she talks about Reiki, Orgonite, and Past Life Regressions while sharing some arousing experiences in her line of work. Then we catch up with Jess Gurnsey from Alberta, Canada who has been living an accident and auto insurance nightmare dealing with Intact Insurance. It's a phenomenal story that you really might not believe, but it can happen to you and some of it has happened to others. Is the auto insurance business broken? To close out the episode, 6x Billboard artist Franklin McKay is back with a new song that boasts powerful vocals, melodic guitars, an upbeat tempo, and a positive message as he dedicates "This Ain't The End" to a life-long friend. You can also hear an exclusive interview that played on The Path Radio over the holidays where he talks about the song, the dedication, and the process.

Summary
This episode was the first of it's kind, an all-music exclusive. Everything on the show was about music! A three guest line-up that included new rockers Crashing Wayward featuring Stacey David Blades (formerly of LA Guns), GottaBe Alee our Canadian Country Music Award nominated star, and Jennifer Buchanan a Music Therapist and Author. Plus the episode looks at a special article on Roller Skating and independent artist Katie Dauson from Richmond Hill. Summary
The 2nd quarter of 2023 presses the pause button to reflect on the anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine with an interview and music from special music guest from Washington DC, Kelsie Kimberlin. Then a special segment called "Peter's Corner Store" which gives some early insights into a series of new short stories with a sample from one called "The Volunteer Firefighter". Some early screening comments have compared them to the likes of Stuart McLean & The Vinyl Cafe. The show also takes a look some of the possible year-in trends across many common interests like food, finances, farming, health, and weather. It closes out with a look at the health care system and why doctors in Ontario don't want you to go to a clinic as they threaten to fire some patients over the loss of $38?

Then I look at what the cost of trying to return to "normal" is in terms of health, mental health, environment, work life balance, and more as some organizations bring people back into physical locations and sometimes without logical reason.
